Sometimes, the only thing you can hold on to is faith-a belief that things can be better and that you have the power to make it so. That’s what started my journey to becoming a Fractional CEO and Executive Coach to help CEO entrepreneurs not only set up their daily business operations to support growth but also find their “why” to embrace their authentic selves and create a business that reflects their strengths and personalities.

My professional background includes 20 years of entrepreneurship with an MBA and certifications in coaching, trauma recovery, and holistic health. I am also a proud human rights advocate, domestic violence survivor, and founder of Love Me More, a non-profit that provides support and financial aid to women who are leaving untenable situations. I founded my first company, Necessary Elements, in 2008, at 24 years old. I worked with pro athletes in the NFL, WWE, and MLB. Within a few years, my massage therapy business brought in over $100K per year. My 2nd company, Necessary Elements of South Tampa, followed the same trajectory but hit 6 figures within the first year.

After being diagnosed with nerve damage in my left hand, I had to give up the business I loved. However, I held on to the belief that I had the power to reinvent myself, and so I took the necessary steps to refocus myself and my business. I am proud to say that I am available for executive-level coaching, 1:1 and group strategy sessions, and speaking engagements.
